About me

International experience, grounded in execution.

As Founder and Principal Consultant of Dynaltia, I bring extensive international experience across the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, leading supply chain, procurement, operations, and transformation initiatives across APAC, Europe, and global markets.

My work has included cross-regional programmes ranging from establishing an APAC headquarters, supply chain hub, and distribution centre in Singapore for a major pharmaceutical company—supporting delivery to 20 countries—to developing an innovative, mobile, GMP-compliant manufacturing facility in Indonesia. I led that greenfield project from construction and procurement through validation and GMP readiness, and the work was recognised with selection as a CPhI Pharma Awards finalist for Excellence in Pharma.

These experiences shape my approach as an advisor: strategic in thinking, pragmatic in execution, and focused on measurable results. I bring firsthand experience leading complex international programmes, building multicultural teams, and turning ambitious strategies into sustainable operational outcomes.
